Returns Policy

Standard Catalog Paintings

Paintings from our catalog can be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with §1829 of the Civil Code. The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Custom-Made Individual Paintings

Paintings made from your photograph cannot be returned due to a change of mind, in accordance with §1837 of the Civil Code. These are custom-made goods.

Individual orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damage during Transport

If a painting arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@svetloart.cz with a photograph of the damage.
