How to upload your photo?
When ordering, simply upload your photo directly on the product page before adding it to the cart. We accept JPG and PNG formats (min. 2000 px).
How long until I receive my order?
Production takes 5–7 business days from the receipt of your photo. We then ship via courier service throughout the Czech Republic.
What color LED can I choose?
We offer: white, red, green, yellow, and (color change). Please specify the color in the order notes.
Can I return my order?
An individual order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of its placement. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, nor can the goods be returned as per §1837 of the Civil Code. In case of damage during transport, we will replace the product free of charge.
How is the picture attached to the wall?
The picture is mounted using 4 aluminum standoffs, which are included in the package. The picture then "levitates" 25 mm from the wall.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes! We offer free delivery within the Czech Republic. We also deliver throughout Europe—shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be specified during checkout.
